Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (USA):

-Tracked Shipping will be shipped using USPS First Class Tracking. If you spend over $50, shipping is free. Choosing this option guarantees you will receive your order. If for whatever reason your order goes missing during transit, a replacement will be sent out.

International Shipping:

PDX Peppers only offers one option for international shipping, which is shipping with stamps in a standard envelope with seed bags padded with a piece of printer paper. Due to different countries' laws on importing seeds, Any International Packages That Go Missing/Confiscated WILL NOT Be Refunded Or Replaced. Buy at your own risk. Shipping times for international packages can vary widely from a week up to many months. Due to cost variances associated with shipping bubble mailers to different countries, bubble mailers and tracked shipping options are not currently available. This may change down the road.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are not available after your order has been placed. Please be certain of what you are ordering when you place your order. The exception to this rule is if your seeds arrive damaged. This only applies to Domestic Orders, NOT International. International buyers order at your own risk. I only ship out seeds that I would grow myself and I have a high standard for the seeds I plant myself. If you are unhappy with the quality of your seeds, please send me a picture of the seeds in question and I will see what can be done.
